Senior Inspection Coordinator

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of onshore/offshore Underwater Inspection Programs.
• Plan, organise, and schedule inspection activities to meet project timelines and client requirements.
• Supervise and support inspection teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and utilise computerized subsea inspection management systems (e.g. COABIS, IME, NEXUS, IRIS, SIMS, Visualworks, MCS, or equivalent system) for inspection planning, execution, and reporting.
• Oversee the use of Digital Video Recording (DVR) systems for diver and/or ROV-based inspection projects.
• Monitor project progress, review inspection data, and prepare technical and progress reports.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during inspection activities.

• Minimum a Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid CSWIP 3.4U certificate
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant working experience in onshore/offshore management of Underwater Inspection Programs (i.e
