We're working on an exciting opportunity with an organization that's ever-evolving and positioned at a springboard for its next phase of growth. With several strategic initiatives on the horizon and a potential injection of new investments, the business is preparing to scale significantly, and is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to steer this next chapter. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a lean finance team across multiple entities. You'll work closely with senior leadership to modernize systems, strengthen governance, and build investor confidence as the company moves toward capital market readiness. Key Priorities Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategy with long-term business goals, embedding stronger governance, transparency, and performance tracking mechanisms. Lead the upgrade and implementation of a fit-for-purpose ERP system, enhancing scalability, data integrity, and operational efficiency across multiple business units. Oversee the transition from MPERS to MFRS, ensuring compliance with evolving financial reporting standards and supporting broader transformation efforts. Drive continuous improvement across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, enabling more agile and data-driven decision-making. Cultivate a high-performing finance team across multiple entities, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence in a manufacturing-led environment. Play a central role in preparing the organization for IPO readiness, including strengthening financial governance, reporting discipline, and investor-grade transparency. Serve as a credible financial representative to institutional investors and fund stakeholders, demonstrating strategic insight, operational depth, and commercial acumen. Candidate Profile Proven track record in finance transformation, with experience leading system upgrades and process improvements across complex environments. Background in Big 4 audit or advisory is preferred, with strong technical grounding in financial controls and compliance. Sector experience in manufacturing or adjacent industries such as logistics, plantation, or energy. Skilled in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on driving performance and continuous improvement. Demonstrated success in preparing organizations for IPO or capital market readiness, including investor engagement and governance enhancement. Hands-on, pragmatic leadership style with the ability to manage and develop lean finance teams across multiple entities. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the presence and credibility to engage confidently with investors, boards, and senior leadership.
