- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training will be provided)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely

- Full-time position with standard warehouse hours
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods

- Monitor daily warehouse activities and operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel to maintain warehouse records
- Track inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches in real-time
- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for warehouse documentation
- Assist the packaging team with daily packaging operations and activities
- Conduct quality control inspections on packaged products to ensure standards are met
- Identify and report any packaging defects or quality issues
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packaged items
- Support packaging team in meeting daily production targets
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Verify stock levels against system records and investigate discrepancies
- Assist in stock receiving, put-away, and picking operations
- Monitor stock rotation and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory
- Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes
- Assist Production Manager with various documentation tasks and administrative duties
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
- Support in creating and updating standard operating procedures
- Assist with vendor communication and coordination when required
- Help maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
