Product EngineerJob OverviewWe are seeking a talented and motivated Product Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of products within our portfolio. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful design, testing, and production of cutting-edge products.Responsibilities and DutiesDesigning, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.Liaising with engineers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications.Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.Showing initiative and keeping up with advancements in Electronics.Monitoring processes, systems, and staff, and punctually identifying problems.Writing specifications, instructions, reports, and handling other required administrative duties.Drawing up drawings, schematics and models using computer design software such as CAD.Preparing cost estimates and budget analysis for both management and customers.Running effective testing and diagnostics that lead to measured product improvements, such as safer interfaces or improved functionality.Providing progress reports and analytics to management.Any other tasks assigned by the superior.RequirementBachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic or equivalentIndependent and focused individual capable of taking challenges under a highly competitive environment.Able to communicate effectively at all levels and a good team player.
