Our client is a well-established refinery company with huge footprint across the market, with their products well embedded into our daily life.With the recent increase in demand locally/overseas, they are currently looking for a Manager, Contract Management to join in their team.As the Manager, Contract Management, you will be expected to have strong post award contract management experience within industry. Among the many responsibilities some are listed below:
  • Manage and monitor effectively pre and post award contract administration (agreement documents, invoice verifications, change orders, LAD, EOT, BG, Insurance & completion certificate) to ensure smooth, uninterrupted execution of provision of the contract.
  • Direct and oversee the overall contract management inclusive of changes to contracts, dispute management and contract termination & suspension, manage and monitor the compliance assurance plans to ensure transparency and integrity in procurement activities through continuous performance management and adoption of good governance practices.
  • Manage the Contract and Procurement Database and Reporting by directing consolidation of all post award activities and issues and provide effective review of monthly/quarterly report for management information and decision making purposes.
  • Manage internal interface with proponent and other stakeholders i.e. Legal, Finance on contractual matters and provide advice to facilitate the formulate recommendations on contractual non-compliance.
  • Establish and lead regular review of vendor performance by conducting vendor audits, engage and to solicit feedbacks from stakeholders and analyze vendor performance evaluation report. Lead the address of vendor poor performance in an appropriate and timely manner so as business activities are not affected.
Work in a top tier company in the industry|Be in a position to drive growth, change management & continuous improvement
  • At least 10 years related experience in oil & gas industry.
  • Degree in Economics /Business Administration/ Engineering/Marketing/ Accounting/ Finance/ Science or any related discipline.
  • Deep knowledge and excellence understanding on the elements, factors and trends of procurement that affect the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Highly developed communication & presentation skills
  • A highly consistent and focused approach in delivery, yet respecting local differences and ways of working
  • Strong Influencing People, Conflict Management, Ethics & Values, Ownership and Drive For Results skillset
