- Create and execute project work plans; revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a medium-scale project and its scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before submitting to the client.
- Effectively apply suitable methodologies and enforce project standards.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimize exposure and risk on the project.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a regular basis.
- Manage the project budget by analyzing profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
- Understand the pricing model and billing procedures.
- Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
- Contribute to identifying business development opportunities.
- University degree or above in IT or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of IT working experience, with at least 3 years in project management or 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Understanding of project finance, including OpEx, CapEx, amortization, benefits, KPIs, etc.
- Proficiency in using project management toolkits to manage resources, budgets, change processes, and incidents.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Effective communication and interviewing skills

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud (AZ-900 certification is a plus).
