Job Description:Responsibilities:

Create and execute project work plans; revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a medium-scale project and its scope.
Review deliverables prepared by the team before submitting to the client.
Effectively apply suitable methodologies and enforce project standards.
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimize exposure and risk on the project.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Track and report team hours and expenses on a regular basis.
Manage the project budget by analyzing profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
Understand the pricing model and billing procedures.
Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
Contribute to identifying business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

University degree or above in IT or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of IT working experience, with at least 3 years in project management or 2 years in a supervisory role.
Understanding of project finance, including OpEx, CapEx, amortization, benefits, KPIs, etc.
Proficiency in using project management toolkits to manage resources, budgets, change processes, and incidents.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Effective communication and interviewing skills
Strong presentation skills.
Solid project management capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Azure Cloud (AZ-900 certification is a plus).
