- Leadership opportunity to guide and develop a growing sales team
- Full project ownership: from specification through to project handover & collection
- Lead and manage project sales activities across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales to collection
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers, architects, and contractors
- Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of sales executives
- Track project progress, milestones, and costs to ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with internal specification and technical teams to meet client requirements
- Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably within construction, coatings, or interior finishes
- Strong track record managing full project sales cycles and stakeholder coordination
- Leadership experience, or readiness to guide and mentor a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Familiar with construction site processes, project timelines, and industry practices
