ECCAZ is a Kuala Lumpur based private investment holding company with business interests in property development and urban transportation. It might be a relatively new business in town but its credentials and heritage are certainly vintage! We have more than 55 years of track record in construction, infrastructure and property development.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for the operations/ IFCA system of Sales Admin from SPA Signing until delivery of Vacant Possession
  • To handle sales and loan documentations, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to sales and credit administration relating to Sales and Purchase, Loan, Transfer, Change of ownerships, etc
  • To attend to billings, collections, correspondence and follow up with purchasers on their loan to ensure prompt payment by liaising with lawyers and bankers.
  • To handle day to day sales administration operation related to after sales service.
  • To perform data entries and update records into property software system.
  • To perform all relevant liaison and coordination with sales agents, purchasers, solicitors and bankers to ensure timely execution of Sale & Purchaser Agreement and Loan Agreement.
  • Ensuring that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on time pertaining to the execution of SPA, reminders and billings.
  • To check sales status, commission, legal fee payment and to prepare sales reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • To prepare and ensure timely submission of authority reports such as 7F and NAPIC report.
  • Familiar with strata title/ on going project documentation procedures.
  • Assist in project launches and others related events when required.
  • To prepare the handover of vacant possession of the completed property.
  • Any other duties/ task assigned by the superior from time to time.
Ideal Profile
  • Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing or related field in property development industry
  • Computer literate with proficient in Microsoft Office and IFCA operating system is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, independent, hardworking, and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and other local dialects would be added advantages to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Committed, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, able to work independently.
  • Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
