- Proficient in Mandarin and English (read, speak, type)
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type) is a must
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Damansara Uptown, PJ
- Able to join intake date: 18 April 2024
- Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers' general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customer's with professional manner to maintain customer's satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 3000 - RM 3600 basic [based on interview performance] + Up to RM 250 KPI Allowance + Up to RM 300 Night Shift Allowance
