Position Overview: This role combines administrative support with marketing responsibilities, enabling the SVP to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, reports, and documentation efficiently. Schedule and arrange meetings, ensuring accurate calendar management. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Marketing Support: Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competitor activities. Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials. Develop and create content for various platforms, including blog posts and social media. Monitor and engage with the target audience on social media, managing community interactions. Meeting Management: Prepare detailed meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Project and Ad-hoc Support: Proactively support ongoing projects and assist with special events as needed. Conduct in-depth research to provide actionable insights for the SVP. Financial and Reporting Support: Compile and distribute financial information related to marketing activities, including budgets and ROI analysis. Provide comprehensive analytics for website and social media performance. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience: 2-3 years as a PA or EA to senior executives in a dynamic environment; fresh graduates are welcome. Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications. Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management and organisational skills to prioritise effectively. Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading skills and ability to maintain high accuracy. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with senior management and external parties. Discretion and Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally. Eligibility: Open to Malaysian citizens only. Preferably candidates with immediate availability.
