These tools provide for efficient integrated transaction processing with supplier resulting in process automation and efficiencies. The Technology Enablement Specialist supports the Asia and Europe business and works closely with counterparts in North America and South America. This position will assist with on-boarding suppliers to technology platforms consisting of the SAP Supplier Portal and Ariba as well as provide support for our suppliers which streamlines the Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) process. The Role will support training engagements with internal Users of eConnected tools.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThis position is accountable for the following end results:Citi Supplier Card monthly reconciliation of charges, disputed charge processing and supplier supportSRM Catalog support including problem analysisAct as an SRM Power User. Includes Role Assignment and End User process support.Develop and support SRM Catalog usageDevelop, configure and support electronic procurement toolsContribute and participate in project development for finding improved technology opportunitiesProvide On boarding support for external SuppliersCollaborate on the completion of Workflows with internal and external partnersProvide training and support to internal users of eConnected toolsProvide coverage of priority workflows and User support for Technology Enablement LeadManage internal team resources including Sharepoint site, job aids, training materialsAssist with e-Connection Project activities including test plan design and executionAssist with testing related to Catalog development and implementationTroubleshoot End User profile, catalog and eConnected tool errorsRegional support processes for process automation tools.Back up and support the Network ConnectivityMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSBS Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or Business3+ years of exposure to eCommerce technology usage5+ years SAP procurement module experience5+ years of business/operations experience in a related fieldAdvanced SAP Ariba, MM & FI skills.
