We are looking for an analytical and process-oriented person that is passionate in the Beauty and the e-commerce industry. In this role you will be the main coordinator for marketing and provide business, customer & sales trend insights to facilitate decision making. Additionally, you will be part of a team that drives strategic projects which lead to major business impacts and serve to support business growth.This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with top management of the company, and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure.Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics in the beauty category
Prepare reports and analysis on sales and campaign performance weekly.
Craft year-round beauty mega campaign planning by identifying market trends and opportunities, relying on both historical metrics and prospective information
Assist with the coordination of our weekly campaigns via onsite, CRM and Social Media.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects.
Own, lead, and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with different business units to drive Beauty category growth on Zalora.

Requirements

0-2 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong interest in the beauty & e-commerce industry. Exposure in e-commerce industry is preferred
Bachelor in Business, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressured and fast paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Exceptional time-management skills in terms of prioritising business priorities
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau or Looker is highly preferred
