As the Business Unit Lead, you'll be responsible for the livestock business P&L within a major regional operation.   • Lead and motivate your team to meet business goals and deliver sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with regional plans.
  • Manage distributor relationships and explore new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and ensure operational excellence.
  • Uphold compliance standards and promote ethical business practices.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Prior experience in leading both sales and marketing
  • Possess well-developed capabilities in strategic analysis, commercial insight, and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster effective teamwork across diverse groups
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance obligations is necessary.
