Responsible for leading all aspects of the end-to-end planning and execution of New Product Introduction activities across global manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role ensures seamless coordination between supply chain, engineering, production and other cross-function teams to meet product launch timelines, cost targets, and quality standards. The Central NPM acts as the key liaison between cross-function teams to mitigate risks, optimize resources, and drive successful product ramps. Job Description : Assembly and Test sites New Product Management execution overall coordination. Identify potential bottlenecks in the NPI process and develop mitigation plans. Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-market, build execution performance, WIP/inventory level, cost and quality metrics. Lead cross-function resolution of issues impacting launch timelines. Serve as the central point of contact of NPI progress updates to senior leadership. Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to track progress and resolve conflicts. Ensure clear documentation of processes, decisions and lessons learned. Analyze post-launch performance and refine NPI process for future projects. Implement best practices in NPI planning and execution, including digital tools (ERP, PLM and Manufacturing Execution System) Requirements : Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field (MBA/MS preferred)! Minimum 8 years in NPI, supply chain planning, or operations management in semi-conductor is a plus. Proficiency in ERP/MRP system, project management tools and data analytics. Soft Skills: Strong leadership. communication, and stakeholder management abilities. APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma a plus
