Engineer

• Diploma or Degree from E&E, Mechanical or any related engineering faculty.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, will provide training & orientation.
• Good in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia ,Mandarin & English

• Project engineer to plan, coordinate and ensure good control and progress of project.
• preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.
• BOM preparation, revision control and maintenance.
• Responsible for engineering change management and implementation (ECN).
• Responsible for documentation management related to project.
• Interface with customer, and build good relationship with customer.
• Advising management on new production methods, techniques and equipment;
• Liaising with materials buying, storing and controlling departments to ensure a steady flow of supplies.

• Responsible for the identification and assessment related legal for the sub-factory.
• Responsible for the management system standard training for the sub-factory.
• Responsible for the new management establishment in the sub-factory according the HQ QS plan.
• Responsible for the management system extend to the sub-factory.
• Implement the external audit according the HQ QS plan.
• Organize and implement the internal audit in sub-factory. Follow up all non-conformities detected during audits and ensure closure of findings.
• Find the new knowledge of the management system standard, and establish the new management system in company if IT is necessary.
• Assure the management system confirm the standard requirements by enough auditing.
• Liaise with certification body on certification requirement matter.

• Define & establish product configuration, process flow, control plan and its work instruction.
• Drive for product SMT buuild, wave soldering & backend issue analysis, improvement & CAPA closure.
• Product yield/model assembly cycle time/conversion time improvement.
• Product & process work instruction review and update.

• Actively participates in the selection and certification of suppliers, with BU Engineer and Procurement, to ensure that the selected supplier meet Kaifa requirements in term of technology, quality, cost and services.
• Conduct the supplier review to key suppliers in quality system and the production manufacturing process in order to ensure its conformity and continuous improvement.
• Participate in the selection and verification of parts in the design stage of the company's new project.
• Establish and review part quality plan, define key parameter for incoming inspection.
• Participating new project kick off meeting and prepare FAE as according to new project requirement.
• Conduct part approval process (FAE), work with supplier and related department function to resolve supplier and material related issue before mass production, to ease project can be started on time.
• Audit part data sheet and drawings specifications are sufficient and complete, determine all key parameters and ensure that the ability of supplier can meet these specifications, and feedback the manufacturing and process problems to design department.
