Prepare Monthly Revenue Projections for 1 year & weekly revenue monitoring2. Prepare Master Production Schedules (MPS) for 1 year3. Plant Monthly Capacity Study and Loading Plan. Review recommendations with product management in preparation for supply planning cadence.4. Review time-phased Demand Plan to understand key changes from the previous cycle, forecast accuracy, and bias5. Review product strategy updates and associated inventory strategy changes, updated safety stock targets, excess and obsolete6. Demand and supply Gap risk analysis and solution proposal7. Raw material / critical component & FG planning and forecast load in SAP8. Excess tooling review and feedback in terms of demand vs supply for tolling scrap proposal9. To practice MBM in daily work.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)EDUCATION:REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in any disciplinePREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in any discipline but good in mathematics.WORK EXPERIENCE:REQUIRED: Min. 10 years of planning experiencePREFERRED: 10 years minimum experience in the same processes as assigned and knowledge of SAPWhat Will Put You Ahead

SAP knowledge
Perform demand, production planning, and capacity analyses & drive to maximize supply plan.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Communicate effectively both in writing, verbally, and in group meetings
Good interpersonal skills
Rapid Response system knowledge preferred
