Job Description :Strategic Leadership & Management
  • Oversee the Advertising & Promotions and Concierge teams to ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness, and a high standard of professionalism.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to meet organizational goals and targets.
  • Optimize resource allocation and monitor departmental financial performance.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute Advertising & Promotions campaigns and marketing calendars to support mall growth and business objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Drive revenue generation through promotional spaces, media sites, and advertising opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture external partnerships to amplify promotional efforts and publicity.
  • Collaborate with tenants and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives and improve tenant retention.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Enhance customer loyalty by delivering personalized and targeted communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and demographics, refining marketing strategies accordingly.
Performance Metrics, Brand Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Provide detailed reports on Advertising & Promotions plans, budgets, and execution progress.
  • Analyze competitor activities to gain strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with the brand’s overall strategy and strengthen community presence.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses for collaborative and co-branded promotional activities.
Digital Marketing & Event Management
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Plan and execute events and promotions to increase foot traffic and enhance brand engagement.
Crisis Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and maintain the brand’s reputation.
  • Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and innovations to improve engagement strategies and operational efficiency.
Requirements * A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the retail mall or commercial retail sector.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Skilled in analysing market trends and understanding consumer behaviour.
  • Highly adaptable, with a focus on achieving results and driving success.
