Customer Service Representative English Speaker (Live Chat) (Work From Home) Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service. We're looking for individuals who are friendly, empathetic, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Resolve customer complaints or feedbacks via email & chat support. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Job Requirements Minimum of one (1) years' experience in Customer Service Diploma and above i.e. fresh graduates accepted Able to read & write in English Able to read & write in Mandarin will be an added advantage Ability to multitask, flexible to work on rotational shifts, prioritize and manage time effectively.
