Senior Manager, Human Resource Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals, culture and values, ensuring effective execution across all HR functions. Plan, prepare and monitor the HR department budget, ensuring accuracy, cost-efficiency and compliance with approved expenditure limits. Manage workforce planning by analyzing manpower needs across departments and coordinating recruitment efforts to ensure timely placement of qualified talents. Lead recruitment and selection activities, ensuring effective job-person matching to support business needs and enhance organizational performance. Drive learning and development initiatives, including skills gap analysis, training needs identification and talent development planning to foster a high-performance workforce. Support employee relations and engagement programs, promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and maintaining harmonious working relationships. Advise management on HR policies, procedures and compliance matters, ensuring consistency, legal compliance and effective communication across the organization. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including department heads and external agencies, to support HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including staff movement, performance reviews and HR documentation. Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues and workplace conflict, in line with company policies and employment regulations. Requirements Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields from a recognized university. 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 to 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, performance management and HR policy implementation Familiar with Malaysia Labour laws, industrial relations practices, and statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF) The selected candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration package, excellent prospects for career growth based on the personal traits, qualification and experience.
