Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, and ATS tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a high-growth environment. Experience recruiting for tech, automotive, or startup environments is a plus. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
