Ppf & Window Tint - Head Installer

• Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive PPF and/or window tint installation.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong technical knowledge of film types, brands, and application techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a retail environment with high customer visibility.

• Certification from recognized PPF/tint brands (e.g., XPEL, 3M, Llumar).
• Experience in opening or managing a retail workshop.
• Basic understanding of automotive detailing and vinyl wraps.

• Lead and manage the PPF & tinting team, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SOPs.
• Train, mentor, and certify technicians in best practices for film installation.
• Schedule work assignments and ensure optimal staff coverage.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the PPF & tinting workshop within the retail concept store.
• Maintain service standards that reflect the premium brand image of Tayarlo's new subsidiary.
• Implement workflow efficiency improvements to handle both appointment and walk-in customers.

• Perform and supervise high-precision installation of paint protection films and window tints.
• Evaluate new tools, products, and techniques for service improvement.
• Conduct quality control checks before customer delivery.

• Work closely with the retail sales team to coordinate service appointments and promote accessories.
• Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism.
