- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering in details.
- Answer inquiries from customers related to our product and services.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Build and cultivate relationship with customers by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communication via phone calls.
- To advise customers and to close sales base on their needs and capabilities.
- To ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved and exceed sales performance indicators set by management.
- Keeping abreast with competitive issues, products and the financial market and active participation in providing feedback during discussions.
- Work closely with Manager to develop and implement sales and services strategies to achieve (and if possible, to exceed) committed targets in the relevant product through tele sales calls
- Overall remuneration including commissions RM 4000 up to Rm 15,000 above
- EPF / SOCSO / EIS are covered
