Act as the primary point of contact for the leadership team, addressing queries and concerns. Client Services : Lead month-end and year-end financial statement preparation to ensure compliance with local accounting guidelines and regulations, and to ensure deadlines are met. Able to perform virtual CFO services (budgeting forecasting, tax compliance, and more), ensuring we provide the utmost value of cloud accounting to our clientele. Operational Excellence : Champion projects enhancing our accounting and bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes. Drive the creation and improvisation of SOPs, and implement systems to bolster operational efficiency. Tech & Innovation : Have an eye out for technological advancements that can propel our firm's growth and efficiency. ???? What Makes You a Perfect Fit : Credentials : CPA/ICAEW/CIMA/ACCA/MIA designation (Added advantage). Experience : 5+ years in the industry. 3+ years in an accounting firm overseeing the full cycle. 3+ years leading and mentoring teams. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experiencing in Cloud Accounting Software - Xero is an added advantage. Skillset : Stellar communication. Exceptional customer service aptitude. Expertise in crafting financial statements, budgets, and other pivotal financial reports.
