- Basic Mandarin (Chinese) and English
- Basic operation of computer (E-mail, Microsoft Office)
- Minimum SPM, preferably Diploma or higher
- Preferred: Interest or background in STEM subjects (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- Oversee materials incoming and products outgoing
- Conduct simple quality control tests on materials and products
- Maintain inventory records on materials, WIP, products and scraps
- Oversee and improve upon overall quality control processes
- Liaise with authorities (e.g. JKR, SIRIM, ISO) to obtain and maintain certifications
- Aid in production scheduling and analysing performance
- Study relevant power cable technical standards and aid in design
- Troubleshoot production issues such as machine failures and procure required parts
- Aid in researching new machines and designing production line for new products
- Annual bonus up to 4 months, depending on performance
