- Manage and analyse customer needs and requirements.
- Convincing clients that a product or service is the ideal solution to meet their needs.
- Negotiating the terms of tenders and contracts.
- Negotiate and close sales by negotiating and agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Providing post-sale support services.
- Evaluating costs and sales performance.
- Compiling reports for the head office.
- Achieving consistent sales targets.
- Documenting and updating client contact information.
- Managing and coordinating sales projects.
- Assisting marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Delivering technical presentations and showcasing how a product can fulfil client needs.
- Offering pre-sales technical support and product training.
- Collaborating with sales team members and technical experts.
- Addressing client issues with support from the ITLS/RLA QA/QC team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in B2B or relevant industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver technical presentations and product training.
- Ability to manage and coordinate sales projects while working collaboratively with team members and technical experts.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating costs, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address client issues.
