We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the management of GrabMart Campaigns for both the managed and unmanaged segment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our campaigns and services. Job Description:- Dynamics 365:- 1. Monitor incoming tickets and ensure the tickets are resolved within the service level agreements (SLAs) and response time targets. 2. Gathering accurate info and up-to-date tickets, including ticket status, resolution details and on ground issues that we need to be aware of. 3. Collaborate with other teams or departments to resolve issues that require cross-functional assistance. Campaign Management:- 1. Ensure the entries for monthly campaigns are completed in a timely manner via Form and acquisitions are tracked on a weekly basis. 2. Assist in monthly campaign launches through Spotlight for Mart campaigns and troubleshooting when required. 3. Assist in enquiries for campaigns and general enquiries as well as from Account Management team, ensuring the tracker and information relay to Campaign teams are accurate. 4. Will be required to help with monthly ad hoc campaign related tasks as and when required. 5. To work closely with Merchant Campaign lead for automation and process improvement for Mart campaigns Stakeholder Management: - 1. Becoming second PIC for teams to enquire on campaign related issues, assisting in campaign briefings or quizzes. Ensure teams are equipped with the updated knowledge of our campaigns, ads and SOPs. 2. Assisting in campaign acquisition tracking and providing weekly reports on campaign acquisition status to Campaign lead. 3. Identifying and addressing gaps in SOPs or campaign info with the unmanaged teams to gather feedback on ground for any loopholes.
