Role Overview We are seeking a Quality & Capability Development Manager to lead the newly formed Quality & Capability function across the business, aligning employee learning and development with organizational goals. In partnership with the Organisational Development Manager, this role will develop organisational capability through developing strategy and execution of all training and capability-building programs across the organisation. It will serve as the main liaison to regional leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure functional and leadership skills are developed in line with business growth. Key Responsibilities Training Program Development & Execution: Design the enterprise training program strategy and infrastructure, integrating onboarding, functional training, and leadership development in alignment with VT Market&aposs competency model framework. Create and integrate internal content and external resources covering financial knowledge, product training, core employee skills and leadership competencies across all levels, roles and departments. Deliver online/offline training using tools like LMS and track learning completion and satisfaction. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Relations teams and their Subject Matter Experts and HRBPs to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable training solutions. Partner with regional and global teams to ensure consistency in training standards while adapting content for local market requirements. Serve as the change agent and advocate for capability building across the global organisation. Quality Assurance & Governance: Build quality control standards for training content, delivery, and feedback. Ensure training content and execution quality, monitor learning outcomes through effectiveness assessments and iterate accordingly. Embed training outcomes into business operations and employee work to ensure training outcomes drive business outcomes. Talent Development Integration: Integrate learning outcomes into performance reviews, promotion cycles, and internal mobility pipelines. Champion internal knowledge-sharing and certification paths. What Success Looks Like Enhanced Business Performance: Business units demonstrate measurable improvement in key performance indicators following implementation of targeted training programs, with clear alignment between training outcomes and business objectives. Quality Excellence: Establishment of robust quality assurance frameworks that consistently meet regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations, with systematic monitoring and continuous improvement processes in place. Organizational Capability Building: Successful development of a comprehensive training infrastructure that supports VT Markets' growth trajectory, with scalable programs that can be replicated across regions and adapted for diverse business needs. What Makes You a Great Fit Education & Experience: Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (required) Minimum 7 years of experience in Training and Quality Assurance, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management or Capability Building Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide training programs and cross-functional coordination in a mid- to large-sized organization Prior experience building learning functions from scratch to support digital remote teams is highly desirable Certification in instructional design or L&D tools is a plus (e.g., Coursera ID certificate, ATD microcredentials) Technical Skills: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SkillJar, Cornerstone, 360Learning, or similar Familiarity with instructional design principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, Bloom's taxonomy) Proficiency in data-driven learning analysis using Excel, dashboards, or analytics platforms Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills Soft Skills: Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills Learner- and customer-oriented mindset Proactive, curious, and willing to learn technical tools or systems Other Requirements: Interest or background in finance or technology is advantageous English fluency required; Professional Chinese language is a plus What We Offer As official partners of Newcastle United F.
