You will help many of the world's leading businesses and governments tackle their most pressing issues in particular about transportation, warehousing and materials management.   • Leadership role and exposure in at least one of the following supply chain pillars:
  • Supply Chain Strategy
  • Supply Chain Planning
  • Manufacturing Strategy & Operations
  • Logistics & Distribution
  • Sourcing & Procurement
  • Procurement Transformation
  • IBP / S&OP Transformation
  • Delivering large-scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects, also addressing the latest in digital supply chain and supply chain innovation
  • Working with client's organisation within a collaborative team to analyse client issues and drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain Management including the development, planning, and execution of a Lean strategy, cost saving initiatives and metrics
  • Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Create a lean and continuous improvement roadmap that includes a comprehensive analysis and prioritization of key opportunities for SCM
  • Working in multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of high quality services, consistently and with proven global methodologies and tools
  • Support the development, growth and maintenance of large global accounts and strategic clients across Asia-Pacific

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5-10 years of professional experience in the Supply Chain function, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a leading consulting practice
  • Experience in leading and deliver end to end supply chain CI projects including measure, monitor, and improve performance related to cost reduction, material savings, and inventory optimization
  • Experience in leading team members on activities such as as-is process and maturity assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation and implementation of recommendations
Ideally, you will also have
  • Lean, 6-sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC etc continuous improvement experience / certification is a plus
