Job Responsibility Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the flooring market, targeting both new and existing customers Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and closing deals in a timely manner. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/&aposO' Level certification, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates seeking to begin their career in sales.
