- Identify and recruit new channel partners, including resellers, VARs, and distributors, to grow the company's channel network.
- Evaluate potential partners to ensure they align with the company's goals and values.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans that drive mutual success.
- Provide training, resources, and support to help partners effectively sell and support our SaaS B2B software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enable partners with the tools, collateral, and resources needed to effectively sell the company's software.
- Monitor partner performance and report on key performance metrics to ensure that partners meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel management and partner development, preferably in the SaaS B2B software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and managing channel partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
