ServeDeck™ is a smart subscription cloud-based solution designed to significantly improve the organisational efficiency of facility operations and management.ServeDeck’s total productive maintenance solutions facilitate the easy execution and management of the core tasks and processes of commercial buildings, shopping malls, retail stores, hotels, factories, universities, hospitals, townships, theme parks, and various service providers.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Channel Recruitment
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, including resellers, VARs, and distributors, to grow the company's channel network.
  • Evaluate potential partners to ensure they align with the company's goals and values.
Channel Development
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans that drive mutual success.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to help partners effectively sell and support our SaaS B2B software.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns.
Sales Enablement
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enable partners with the tools, collateral, and resources needed to effectively sell the company's software.
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor partner performance and report on key performance metrics to ensure that partners meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Market Insights
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the company.
Ideal ProfileSkills required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel management and partner development, preferably in the SaaS B2B software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and managing channel partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
