About the Job The Creative Designer (CBA) plays a pivotal role in working together with the company&aposs Business Unit Heads and CBA team to achieve the goals and objectives. He/she will work towards the goals set in the creative strategy and direction by his/her Business Unit and continue to establish excellent relationships with their clients. Main Responsibilities: Product Development Handle the approval process of the products developed by the licensees, providing comments on each step of the approval process starting from conceptual design to final product and managing the timeline demands of each project. Maintain a day-to-day relationship with all assigned licensees to ensure Brand Assurance procedural understanding and a smooth approval process of product lines Train/Provide relevant direction to licensee on how to activate/work on for each style guide Communicate and align with brand owner with regards to design approvals Arrange initial product development meetings/discussion with key licensees to work on creative and innovative branding ideas/styling/applications where appropriate Brand Assurance Good understanding of each brand's guidelines and effectively guide/train licensees to ensure products are in line with brand compliance. Align on the product approval system to execute all job stages in a timely manner to ensure that the product is fully approved and launched as planned. Creative projects Support commercial teams (local & regionally) with appropriate product/premium concept designs for pitching purposes. To support and conceptualise licensees product concepts when needed. Apply creativity, independent thinking and problem-solving methods, along with the knowledge of licensors policies and procedures, and licensees' processes and limitations to come up with solutions/proposals to the benefit of both parties. Others Manage and disseminate all creative materials. Materials include style guides, trend programs, other creative materials, etc. Maintenance & security of inventory, crosscheck controls & record keeping on dissemination of proprietary materials Manage local product samples delivered by licensees Retail check on licensee's products, competitors' products, and new ideas Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in a design or arts-related field At least 2 years of experience in licensing, advertising, marketing, or design-related fields Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel/Power PowerPoint/Word) Ability to create visual presentations in MS Power Point is advantageous Proficiency in using the macOS platform is preferred. Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools for design, as well as skills in both hand-drawn and digital illustration, are considered advantageous Fluent in both written and spoken English Able to work independently as well as work in a team environment Must have attention to detail and strong time management/organization skills The ability to work well under time constraints and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of product development process, technology and trends is a plus Show more Show less
