Ensure proper spend categorization and adherence to sourcing processes and policies.
Lead and execute strategic/key projects, selecting appropriate sourcing approaches and concluding framework as well as individual contracts.
Ensure full Procure-to-Contract compliance and independently execute RFP/RFQ processes for assigned categories.
Define and implement plans aligned with category strategy and leverage procurement/sourcing tools.
Conduct periodic market research for assigned category and consolidate supplier base for cost-effective and quality services.
Establish regular communications with key internal business partners to adopt category strategies, conduct contract reviews, and ensure strong client service.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years experience in non-production purchasing (commodity and/or operations), supplier development, operations or equivalent
Experience with handling negotiations and know-how regarding principles and techniques of Purchasing.
English verbal and written skills
Working Location : Puchong, PFCC Tower 4
