Job Responsibilities Develop and design layouts and marketing assets for websites, landing pages, digital advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Youtube, Outbrain etc. Update banner visuals for online platforms on official website, marketplace stores etc. Work & improve on UI/UX for all key webpages & features - homepage, collection pages, product pages, newsletter pages, etc. Generate, develop and edit visual and video content for all advertising usage. Ensure consistency of marketplace content with brand guidelines and product upload schedules. Research and conceptualize innovative design ideas for core brand touchpoints. Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. Utilize AI tools to generate design image & video assets, including copies for webpages Use webtech tools such as Hotjar to analyze website performance and A/B test Undertake additional tasks as directed by the line manager. Requirements Diploma or higher in Multimedia Design or a related field, with a focus on Web Design preferred. Min. of 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in a marketing or creative agency is advantageous. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Shopify backend management, UI/UX development of webpages is advantageous. Experience working with external website or tech development team would be advantageous. Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate & present creative ideas effectively. Skilled in typography, grid systems, and layout design is advantageous.
