ARCA BIRU SDN BHD Oversee financial operations, support management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as provide analytical support in achieving company targets and objectives. Coaching and Mentoring for the subordinate's growth, learning, and career development. RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Oversee the accounting and finance process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local accounting and the company's policies. 2. Lead the overall financial functions according to the operations of the Group. 3. Handle financial reporting, including Annual Reports, internal control, and accounting, ensuring all reports are prepared and submitted timely and following the Group&aposs and statutory requirements. 4. Responsible for financial and management accounting, including analytical review of accounts and cash flow management. 5. Provide support on financial information to establish market price, cost, and product profitability. 6. Lead budget variance analysis and highlight key weaknesses and recommendations. 7. Coordinate budget process and financial forecast. 8. Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements. 9. Develop & maintain good professional relationships with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and related business associates. 10. Performs other duties as assigned by Management or the CEO. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Professional Qualifications. At least four (4) years of related working experience. ABILITIES: Proficient standard of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and verbal communication). Ability to understand financial management principles, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis. Ability to analyze and present financial information. Ability to be a dynamic leader and proactive team player. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and tight deadlines. Ability to lead, inspire, coach, and develop subordinates/staff. Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done. Proficient knowledge in SAP is an added advantage. Willing to be based/travel at i-KERPAN (Kedah) or Business Unit -HQ (Puchong), or i-SHARP (Terengganu) KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Good working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Strong technical knowledge: I. Budgeting, taxation, full set of accounts, management reporting. II. Financial software and technology to improve financial processes. III.
