- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing electrical engineering projects, from inception to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Manage the planning, design, and implementation of electrical engineering projects (Specialize in Data Centers/ Hospitals/ SemiConductors/ Retail Malls)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation
- Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and proposals
