Job Responsibilities

Implement action plans (eg make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.

執行銷售計畫（例如定期拜訪、寫訂單等）實現被指派的業務/領域的銷售目標。 * Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising.執行分配的業務/領域的銷售活動，包括產品組合和行銷計劃介紹、接單、行銷陳列設定和店內商品陳列。 * Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases.記錄銷售數據以進行報告和追蹤。在適當的客戶關係管理資料庫中維護相關客戶資料。 * Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and collect payments from customers.提升或改善策略，以便提高銷售流程、銷售計畫、達到顧客滿意度等。跟催和負責客戶到期的債務。 * Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.負責回覆跟催客戶訂單和查詢。講解和通知客戶所有的促銷活動和新產品推出。 * Manage distributors' salesman to drive business at targeted trade channels經常和經銷商和代理商的銷售團隊對接，可以及時反映市場的觀點和策略達到銷售目標。 * Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products. Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.及時與總部團隊溝通交流，確保定單能及時送達客戶並滿足客戶需求。成為總部和主要客戶的重要橋樑。Job Requirements * Knowledge and understanding of the FMCG industry/market/competitors/customers in Perak / Pahang了解霹靂與彭亨州市場食品產業/市場/競爭對手的知識 * Knowledge in assigned territories and strong selling skills.了解分配的領域和較強的銷售技巧。 * Strong communication and negotiation skills. 良好的溝通和談判技巧。

Proficiency in office productivity tools (eg Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
