SAP Procure to Pay professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture. SAP Procure to Pay professionals design, implement and deploy SAP Procure to Pay solutions for the clients. A professional at this position level within the company has the following responsibilities: Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals. Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within the company. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within the company Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields. Minimum of 12+ years of experience with 10 years in SAP projects. Core skill as SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) including Purchasing as well as inventory. Any experience in SAP SRM or SAP Ariba (or any non-SAP extended procurement packages like Coupa, Ivalua, GEP) will be a plus. SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is added advantage. Experience working on SAP MDG would be added advantage. Experience working in System Integration projects is mandatory. Experience working on Oil and Gas industry is added advantage. Should have experience is running requirement gathering workshops and design workshops in a client project. Prior experience in managing small size teams and directing, monitoring and reporting work progress is expected.
