Through direct interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners, the person will help drive IT alignment with the team's goals and business needs. Provide guidance on Quality Assurance Automation, Legal and Global Real Estate business processes, from process design through to process execution. They will also play a key role in gathering business requirements and work alongside development teams for the successful execution of IT portfolio projects.THE PERSON:The person should understand the functionality of Quality tools and concept of interface. Be able to work with the business in documenting requirements and functional specification. The person should possess the desire to tackle additional responsibilities and learn a variety of business models or processes, such as IT project coordination and management. The person should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for designing and executing automation scripts
  • Ability to create a test plan based on features of the system that can be automated providing highest coverage
  • Automation Testing Tools: Tricentis Tosca
  • Define QA Standards for Tricentis qTest and Tosca
  • Assist with administration of qTest
  • Facilitate and document business requirements and functional specification for cross-functional areas
  • Build data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and testing scenarios.
  • Assist in execution of project life cycle, including as-is and to be analysis, scope definition, process improvement and testing in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to facilitate meeting needs including determine meeting cadence, schedule calls, compose Minutes of Meeting, identify, and follow up on action items.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Understand the concept of Quality Assurance Automation
  • Tricentis suite knowledge preferred.
  • Have experience in documenting requirements and functional specification interfaces, including field mapping.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in MS Project and Visio a plus.
  • Agile experience preferred.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems preferred.
