  • Creating and maintaining employees' records through payroll vendor. Ensuring all payroll information are entered accurately into payroll vendor central system for processing.
  • Being responsible for processing the organisation's payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Reviewing and validating payroll reports and summaries as well as checking and maintaining accurate payroll records.
  • Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment and flexible benefits reimbursement.
  • Providing accurate information to support annual operating plans and salary reviews.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
  • Supporting with the implementation of Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Assisting in providing full spectrum of HRM support to the HR team, specializing in payroll administration.
  • Assisting with monthly, annual and ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
Recruitment
  • Driving talent recruitment activities and hiring plans
  • Supporting employment brand initiatives
  • Supporting in identifying and selecting key talent for the organization
Being involved in HR projects
  • Driving and supporting all global, regional and country level HR projects
Employee Relations
  • Supporting in ensuring compliance to HR policy is maintained, to review and strengthen business internal controls and procedures.
Workforce Planning
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual headcount report to HQ for tracking of employee turnover, absenteeism, diversity etc.
Systems Administration:
  • Administration of MySephoraCareer, the internal HRIS system using SuccessFactors platform.
  • Administration of Time & Attendance System as the Leave Administrator.
We would love to hear from you if…
  • You have a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration/ Management or equivalent with at least 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in Payroll.
  • You are fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Your experience in a fast-moving environment would be an advantage.
  • You have an attitude and mindset that is rigorous and meticulous, motivated and autonomous self-starter, organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • You are highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas, people and procedures and able to work under pressure.
  • You enjoy working with others and getting involved across a range of projects & challenges
  • You have a good sense of humor and the ability to stay calm in a storm
