JOB DESCRIPTION Assist in the origination, structuring and execution of investment transactions. Assist in engagement with potential investment companies, general partners, advisors, & other partners. Assist in building up pipeline of investment opportunities within identified strategic themes. Identify and assess investment opportunities through research and financial analysis. Execute capital deployment via Separate Managed Account, direct investments or other deployment mechanisms. Prepare financial models, reports and presentation decks for potential transactions. Conduct comprehensive due diligence (including financial, commercial and operational) on potential investments. Liaison with internal stakeholders and external parties/advisors to ensure successful completion of engagements. JOB REQUIREMENTS Preferably at least three (3) years of relevant experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Strategic Investments or other equivalent functions in the financial industry would be an advantage Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or any other major from local or overseas universities recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) Good analytical skills, meticulousness, and ability to work independently. Great communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with associated stakeholders.
