Collaborate with the digitalization team to identify automation opportunities in existing workflows
Assist in developing and implementing scripts, tools, and systems that streamline day-to-day processes
Propose innovative solutions to optimize project execution and reduce manual intervention
Support ongoing projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and productivity
Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to problem-solving
Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and technical solutions for future reference
Contribute to the creation of a future talent pipeline through hands-on experience in real-world challenges

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Knowledge of automation tools and platforms is a plus
Ability to think creatively and bring new perspectives to existing challenges
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects
