Principal Responsibilities: Serves as operations leader on the Rental leadership team, and setup rental service process and operation team and manage performance of the business. Ensures quality standards of all service operation processes and functions required for execution of work and customer satisfaction. Utilizes continuous improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) to deliver increased customer satisfaction and productivity. Monitor, measure, and modify process and process measurements to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs and business objectives. Works with operations team to establish required skill sets, talents, and capabilities. Partner with leadership to drive customer-focused operational excellence. Responsible for administering safety and environmental program in the service area. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. Will consider years of experience in Lieu of degree or combination of both. Must have demonstrated experience in leading organization with LEAN/Six Sigma, utilizing problem solving and LEAN methodologies to drive continuous improvement Must have at least 5 or more years related experience.
