What you will do:-1. Delight Clients
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing comprehensive support regarding their office needs, from printer assistance to managing chargeable time for administrative tasks.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment that fosters client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Drive Business Growth.
  • Conduct engaging tours of our facility, showcasing our offerings and highlighting the unique benefits we provide to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Contribute to social media marketing by participating in photo and video shoots showcasing our vibrant community.
  • Streamline client onboarding by efficiently entering client payments into our management system.

  • Experience working in a coworking or hospitality environment is a plus.
  • A creative and solutions-oriented mindset is highly valued.
