To responsible for the supervision of the mall's M&E Technician's towards the shopping mall business operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise the Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS. Maintenance of carpentry work, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring and general facility repairs. Managing groups of technicians for maintenance. Lead technician and maintenance team for electrical safety awareness/ prevention. Supervise contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work. To qualify for the role, you must have qualifications, knowledge or skills as listed below: Diploma in electrical, civil or mechanical engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience.
