Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in driving upskilling within the Technology function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, ongoing implementation and evaluation of programs under the Tech Academy. Reporting Line The candidate will report into Director, Technology HR Partner. This position sits within the Group Human Resources function. Key Responsibilities program management of learning solutions to create an exceptional learning experience for participants. with vendors, partners and stakeholders to ensure seamlessly implementation of Tech Academy programs. day-to-day operations of the Tech Academy, including policy, documentation and learning administration. regular dashboard reporting on relevant learning metrics and progress to the Technology Leadership Team. and drive internal communications of learning programs to technology staff. utilization of Tech Academy learning programs. a data-driven approach in demonstrating results and continuous improvement of learning solutions developed. Job Requirements degree in a relevant field. of 8 years' experience in a similar role. Relevant experience working in the Technology industry and/or domain is a plus. expertise in program managing learning programs at scale. in Learning Management System (LMS), particularly Workday. project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives with great attention to detail. with a strong bias to driving results and outcomes. communication skills (verbal and written). ability to work independently, be self-driven and work in ambiguity.
