- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates; no prior experience required.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn about restaurant management, customer service, and food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Willingness to perform various tasks within the restaurant, including but not limited to order taking, food preparation, and cleaning.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process customer transactions, handle cash, and manage payment methods accurately.
- Restock and replenish food, beverage, and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including assisting with food preparation, bussing tables, and cleaning duties.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, security, and employee conduct.
