...Job Description:
- In charge of overseeing the Company's Sales Budget.
- Strategies, coordinate, and guide the sales team towards meeting company goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Fulfil sales operational needs by arranging schedules and delegating tasks to subordinates to attain desired sales outcomes.
- Establish sales targets for each team members by assigning specific sales territories.
- Provide training sessions to aid the sales team in overcoming challenges, enhancing customer relationships, and boosting productivity.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in FMCG
- Minimum SPM or any higher educational level
- Possess own transport and flexible to travel for work
