- Supporting the Commercial Excellence Lead to manage the sales plan
- Define commercial strategy for each retailer in line with budget targets to reach requested sales, profitability.
- Developing promotional plans in conjunction with Marketing, aimed at driving sell-in and sell-out in DS and perfumeries
- Planning and budgeting for launches and promotions: this includes monthly demand forecasting, supply management, pricing analysis and A&CP planning and tracking
- Working closely with multi-party, internal and external stakeholders for seamless, 360 sales execution
- Establish and develop strong working relationship with the retailers
- Drive commercial negotiations at field level to maximize all aspects of business (in-shop spaces & locations, prices, investments, promotions)
- Capture business opportunities through close customer partnership such as listing of new brands or brand lines and expansion to new doors
- Forecasting responsibilities on saleable goods in order to optimize costs and avoid obsolescence
- Min 8 years of sales and key account experience
- A proven track record of successful collaboration with customers, resulting in strong commercial results
- Resilient and organised, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
- Entrepreneurial, agile and results-oriented for commercial delivery and proactive risk-management
- Team player, ability to develop effective working relationships both internally & externally, and excel in a multi-cultural environment
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
