Experience: 3+ years in partnership development or business development in fintech or cryptoJob OverviewWe are looking for a strategic Growth Partnerships & Banking Manager to identify, build, and scale relationships with banking partners, PSPs, and ecosystem enablers to expand Bitunixs footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard banking and financial partners globallyNegotiate partnership agreements with PSPs and fiat on/off rampsDevelop and execute strategic partnership roadmapsDrive revenue and user growth through banking integrationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and Legal teamsRequirementsTrack record of successful partnership management in fintech or cryptoStrong network within banking, payments, or financial servicesAbility to lead negotiations and structure commercial dealsFamiliarity with crypto/fiat ramps, e-wallets, and remittance channelsMandarin proficiency preferred
