- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to promote a high-performance culture.
- Provide coaching and development support to managers and employees to enhance performance and career growth.
- Oversee employee appraisal processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with compensation regulations and market trends.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external providers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Identify training and development needs and implement programs to support employee growth and skill development.
- Coordinate leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them to meet evolving needs.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety standards, and employment regulations.
- Handle employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support organizational change initiatives and provide HR expertise to drive business transformation.
- Work closely with senior management to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the property development or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
